Steve is originally from Massachusetts and has returned to New England after fourteen years on the mission field. He labored among the indigenous tribes in the Amazon jungle for eleven years. The work included planting two churches, founding and acting as Headmaster and teacher of an elementary school, founding an English Institute, and opening a soup kitchen. Most recently, Mr. Wuori worked as the Administrative Director of an International Christian School in Quito, Ecuador. He also served as a licensed preacher at a local church, and taught in the church’s pastoral formation program. Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's of Divinity. As a lifelong learner, he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry.
Deb started by teaching a computer class at Cornerstone in 2010. At the time, she had a fifth grader, a third grader, and a newly enrolled Kindergartner at Cornerstone! In 2011, the long time Finance Director resigned and Deb moved into that position. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting from McIntosh College and a BA in Communication from the University of NH.
Pierre-Luc graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Royal Military College of Canada, where he was commissioned as an officer in the Canadian Forces. After serving in the military, he completed a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Divinity. He has worked as an Assistant Director in a language immersion preschool, a professor at Pacific Islands University, and a registrar at a Bible College. He has done missionary work in many parts of the globe, including Africa, the Pacific Islands, and the Middle East. Pierre is married to a godly dermatologist, and they have two sweet daughters who love the Lord. They are blessed to be a part of Cornerstone Christian Academy.
