PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
We are excited that you are considering enrollment at Cornerstone Christian Academy Early Learning Center! We strive to make the preschool enrollment process as easy as possible and your child’s experience the best it can be. All staff members meet state requirements for education and nurture each child with gentle hands and a willing heart. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding enrollment or our program, please contact us.
All forms are available HERE or by contacting the front office.
- We encourage all parents to visit, meet the teachers and tour the center
- Complete all Applicable Forms:
- ELC Enrollment Agreement
- Child Care Registration Form
- Authorization to Administer Medication
- Early Childhood Health Assessment
- Submit all above Forms with Immunization Records** to the front office
- Complete and sign Enrollment Agreement and Contract in the front office
- Submit your Deposit and First Months payment*
*All forms, deposit, and first months payment must be turned in to the office two business days before attendance may begin.
**Children may not attend without immunization records on file
